Cook/ Kitchen Lead
We are looking for an experienced cook to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Kitchen Lead / Cook, you will supervise and work with other kitchen staff to prepare food, maintain health & safety standards and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure cleaning is done regularly.
- Assist with the staff schedule.
- Assist with the inventory and ordering of all necessary food & beverage items.
- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Prep food for daily service as well as tournament meals for up to 200 people, including grilling steaks.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints if they arise.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Food Safe Certificate.
- ProServe Certification.
- Additional qualifications are not required but would be considered an asset
- Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen. Grill cook experience is an asset.
- Experience in training and managing staff.
- Experience working large events, golf tournaments or camps.
- Customer service and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability; weekdays, weekends and evenings.
This is a full-time seasonal position.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Tournament/ Banquet Cook
We are looking for an experienced cook to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Tournament/ Banquet cook you will work with other kitchen staff to prepare and cook food for our many golf tournaments.

- Prep and cook tournament meals for up to 200 people.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure cleaning is done regularly.
- Assist with the inventory and ordering of necessary food & beverage items.
- Ensure tournament food & beverage service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints if they arise.
Qualifications & Skills:

- ProServe Certification.
- Additional qualifications are not required, but would be considered an asset

- Experience working large events, buffets, golf tournaments or camps.

This is a part-time seasonal position.
